Requirements
At least a Diploma, Degree, Professional Degree, or equivalent
Strong interpersonal skills, problem solver and planner with organizational and analytical ability.
Be able to communicate nicely
Proven experience working with cross functional teams to ensure cost control and process improvements.
Experience in Microsoft Office. Knowledge in ERP/SAP would be an advantage
About the Role
Handle daily Purchasing and Procurement routine
To ensure effective and efficient delivery of Purchasing and Procurement services to support the business
To Follow up with internal and external client’s enquiries
Ensure daily, weekly and monthly duties are perform in timely, professionals and accurate manners
Provide customer service by communicating closely with every Section/Department to meet the right specifications on item to purchase
Handle claims to factories/vendors for defective items, shortage of items or missing parts
Ensure all documents involved in purchasing process are in proper record, traceable and in compliance to ISO certification requirements
Sourcing and negotiating for goods/services rendered as per approved workflow process for goods/ services in the approved purchase requisition
Prepare weekly and monthly report to ensure continuous material supply for production/operations and achieve department KPI
